EXPERT make Butterfly Valves have been developed with extensive application, design and manufacturing expertise. These valves have a fully rubber lined single piece body pattern with centric disc construction. The Body liner which also functions as the soft seat comes in either a replaceable or an integrally molded (bonded) version and offers a leak tight bi-directional sealing against vacuum.
Butterfly valves possess many advantages over other valves, especially for large valve applications. Savings in weight, space and cost are the most obvious advantages. The maintenance costs are usually low because there is minimal number of moving parts.
Constructional Details
Centric Disc Design with a single piece Rubber Lined Body (Integrally- moulded) provides perfect seating for longer life and superior performance when compared to valves with replaceable seats. It also isolates the body material from media to prevent it from any corrosive and abrasive impact of fluid.
